  The food was incredible and the service was extremely good. It felt like home. We had the Friday night all-you-can eat roast beef buffet.

  Over several decades, we've stopped many times at the Cove in Westport on our way from Kingston to Perth and beyond. The Inn sits at the bottom of a large hill and overlooks the Big Rideau Lake and a large pond. Nothing is nicer than lunch on the balcony on a warm summer day. The Inn is also close to the Rideau Trail which joins Kingston and Ottawa. After a sweaty day on the Trail, nothing is more refreshing than a cold, craft beer from the tap. It would be followed by a lovely dinner and a restful overnight stay.

  We stopped in for lunch recently. The food was quite good, however, the service was inattentive. I think they didn't have enough Staff scheduled.

  This is a lovely spot. The rooms are lovely, and they have a lot of great live music. complete wih a dance floor. The patio is wonderful.

  Our room was small & rustic but comfortable Food was great. People were very pleasant and helpful. Great value.
